頸及腰常有卡卡聲

你好！我今年28歲，最近這幾個月頸部及腰部有陏動時就會有很大得卡卡聲，一天內有很多次發生，手指都有這情況，而那些位置每天也會有酸痛的感覺，我沒有理會，以為是那些位置很緊，所以會用手按下，但都沒幫助，請問這有問題嗎？如有，為何會這樣？要注意什麼嗎？怎樣可改善？謝謝你的回覆。
