骨關節痛

病患者女 - 52嵗

本人雙腳膝關節痛，由其上落樓梯更痛及會格格聲響。近排左膝腫脹，看醫生，醫生話膝關節退化及發炎，食藥後膝腫消退，但行路依然痛。請問醫生有甚麼方法醫好？
