愛滋病風險

醫生你好。

前問: 今天我的兒子於上幼兒班時，手指被其他同學咬了一口至流血。若咬他的人是位愛滋病人，有否感染風險?應否作檢查?

但是不知道咬人的同學當時口腔有否出血。若然如此, 風險是否很大？很是擔心。
