箍牙可以改善磨牙問題？

病患者女 - 25歲

醫生，我自小有磨牙問題，有時睡覺會感到牙齒有卡卡聲，牙齒也不大整齊，有點哨牙。請問箍牙能改善磨牙嗎？因為我不喜歡及不習慣帶牙膠。謝謝。
