I was diagnosed of thymoma cancer stage 3 in Feb 2023. After 3 times of chemotherapy, the tumor did not shrink significantly. Consulted Dr Suen in late Apr, he was confident that this can be solved by surgery. He organized discussion and check up with necessary clinical assistants and cross hospital partners, so that I could follow through the curing path easily. The tumor was completely removed mid May and now I’m undergoing the revival therapy with closely monitoring. His experience across the borders are top notch, which save not only my life but also my young family!

First detected the anomalous right coronary artery origin issue while doing full body check up in May 2022.

After visiting several cardiologist (Private and Government) and making further diagnosis, most of the specialist said the same thing, that is '"If you can survive with this issue for past 50 years, you should be able to live with it since operation is of high risk which does not worth doing.( Government segment even said a few case was not successful and resulting in "unrevoked situation".)”

However, after recommended by friends to visit Dr Suen, he give myself a very positive solution and confidence on how to operate and resolve the issue rather than to live it, especially when similar case was operated by him on a teenager.

The operation was finally taken in early May 8 and the whole process of relocating the RCA was perfect which took about 4 hrs. I was only admitted to ICU for observation for one day and able to transfer to normal ward for another 6 days then discharge.

Dr Suen perfect skill in such complicated operation which other specialist feel hesitate have proven once again he is worth the title on the souvenir plate in his office given by other patient " You are beyond number one".

I sincerely wish more cardio patient please do not hesitate to see him to get his/her second advice which may in return bring a new healthy life.

Just wanted to express our gratitude to Dr. Suen for his stellar operation. He operated surgery for my mom back on March 16, 2023. Flying from Toronto to Hong Kong, we saw multiple doctors where they said this was a tricky operation and did not feel comfortable in proceeding. Dr. Suen gave our family confidence and said this was a surgery we didn’t need to worry about as he is confident in this type of operation. This not only was amazing news to us but the surgery was also a huge success! My mom has been progressing well in her recovery since then. Once again, thank you so much Dr. Suen! Forever grateful for what you’ve done for our family!

我妹妹經常咳嗽，經家庭醫生及腫瘤科醫生診斷為有一巨型肺腺癌腫瘤。知道後非常担心，就想起早幾天在網搜羅好醫生時得識孫醫生醫術精湛。當即打電話給孫醫生診所說明一切，非常感激姑娘立刻增加一個名額見孫醫生。當天下午及下一天就做了MRI, PET Scan, 驗血，心電圖。幾小時就有哂結果。孫醫生立即親自致電醫院安排緊急手術。兩天後就做完手術。從星期一約二時第一天見孫醫生到星期四旁晚做手術，前後三天。住院一星期出院。我們幸運地遇到一位好醫生，仁心仁術，醫德高尚，醫術精湛。非常感激孫醫生及診所姑娘的幫忙。

爸爸身體檢查見到肺有粒嘢，做完檢查碓認肺癌，轉介心胸肺外科，上網見到孫醫生評語好好，就試下！

孫醫生好細心講番每一份報告內容，以佢專業意見判斷係一期，只要開刀就可以，亦建議做個心冠動脈檢查，確保安全！

報告出咗冇事，佢即刻親自搵醫院、手術室，亦知道爸爸冇保險，盡量幫手，好快第二日已經可以做手術！

手術亦好順利，割了一塊肺葉及淋巴，一個孔就做完，三日出院，爸爸亦恢復得好好！
