Thank you for my patients spending their precious time to give comments regarding my professional and clinical service. We must apologize for the unsatisfactory feeling written by some patients in this blog even though part of the comments, which I believe, were perhaps fake or exaggerated. Besides, I would like to thank Michelleming and Andy for their appreciation and recognition.
I must admit the high expectation may not meet sometimes, in particular, when the number of patients and workload are over our abilities can handle during peak season. Moreover, we truly understand the frustration of few patients especially when they have already felt sick and uncomfortable in waiting room.
We are currently investigating the queueing system and the attitude of nurses and doctors after we read the comments written below.
We are looking forward to receiving your opinions in the future.

This blog is for patients to share their experience, not for doctors to say that those bad comments are false and exaggerated nor to praise those who write good comments. What is the difference between doing this and advertising? If the doctor is good, then no one will write anything bad. There is no need for any good doctors to write such comments.
