my son is 12 years old and has serious acne problem. His dr gave him Tetralysal. As he is a growing stage, my only query and concern is whether this medicine will have any side effects on growing long? many tks.

Thank you for your letter. In general, tetralysal can be used in 12 years old. It should not be used in children under 8 years because of the risk of tooth discoloration.
