今天小女於上幼兒班時，手指被另一位同學咬了一口且有破皮流血。若咬他的同學是位愛滋病人且口腔有出血，是否有感染風險?應否作檢查? 有點擔心。

As blood HIV concentration is much higher than in saliva it would be more worrying if your daughter bite someone with AIDS
Having said that chance is still there although slim. See your Dr if this is worrying or ask her schoolmate to be tested for AIDS and hepatitis carrier state
