病患者女 - 14歲
小朋友14歲，3個半月前因為懷疑盲腸炎入醫院，最終照超聲波偶然發現左卵巢出血性囊腫。
報告寫
A rounded heterogeneous lesion (3.9 x 3.2 x 4.3 cm) with hyperdense and hypodense components and no significant contrast enhancement is seen in the A few follicles are left ovary, which may represent a haemorrhagic cyst. A The ovaries otherwise appear unremarkable. seen in the right ovary. follow up ultrasound of the pelvis in 3 months would be helpful for further evaluation of the heterogeneous lesion in the left ovary.
想問係唔係有朱古力瘤，同埋會唔會係血塊而不是朱古力瘤？
如有，情況究竟需唔需要做手術？
