掉髮-適合用的洗頭水?

我是女性,29歲,最近幾個月掉髮很多,以前的頭髮很烏黑濃密,現在小了很多,掉出來的頭髮都是開叉、很曲,很乾硬的,看過醫生說我是不夠營養,血液流不到頭髮所致,我想買一些有營養的洗頭水,現在試用過的洗頭水都不適合且掉很多,而用一些溫和的也一樣且很乾及打結,我想買有維他命的洗頭水,但頭髮缺營,究竟是缺那种維他命呢?我上網看過有很多不同的說法,又不確定,謝謝你的回覆!

Hair loss can often be due to stress ie lack of sleep or stressful work ?
using a mild shampoo like sebamed baby shampoo is suppose to help開叉、很曲,很乾硬 is often due to perming or colouring .

Causes of hair loss ,and damage hair are totally different !!
You may need to keep your hair short and use oil treatment to nourish the hair

If hair loss is progressive associated with other physical problem like irregular menstruation you may need to consult your doctor ,because under active thyroid can also cause hair loss .

concerning vitamins these are the vitamins that may help

1. Vitamin A – This vitamin is an antioxidant that helps produce healthy sebum in the scalp. Daily dosage should be 5,000 IU. More than 25,000 IU is toxic and can cause hair loss and other serious health problems

2. Vitamin C – It is an antioxidant that helps maintain skin & hair health.
. Daily Dose: 60 mg.

3. Vitamin E – This vitamin is an antioxidant that enhances scalp circulation. Daily dose: Up to 400 IU.

4. Biotin – This vitamin produces keratin that prevents hair loss .Daily dose: 150-300 mcg.

5. Inositol – This vitamin keeps hair follicles healthy at the cellular level. Up to 600 mg.

6. Niacin (Vitamin B3) – This vitamin allows scalp blood circulation.Daily dose: 15 mg.

7. Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) - This prevents graying and hair loss.. Daily dose: 4-7 mg.

8. Vitamin B6 – It prevents hair loss and helps create melanin that gives hair its color.. Daily dose: 1.6 mg.

9. Vitamin B12 - It prevents hair loss.
