Week 21 照完結構, 有blake's pouch cyst, fourth ventricle was open with persistent blake’s pouch cyst bulges into the cisterna mahnum. cerebellar vermis was seen on coronal and sagittal plane and the fastigium primary fissure and secondary fissure were intact thus vermian hypoplasia is unlikely, there is no upward rotation of the vermis, vermian brain stem angle 23 degrees.
假如一直都有此問題, 對BB成長會有影響嗎?

現在這個時期不能完全估計得到對他的成長有多大影響，因為要視乎以上的結構缺憾的進展怎樣。以上的結構缺憾，可以隨著時間而消退，那他便沒有任何影響。但若果那些水泡繼續增大，便會影響腦部神經的發育！當然明白要24週期前決定，但是以上的情況，真的不是很差。
