有關精索靜脈曲張問題
醫生你好, 我看到我左側隱囊上有約三條明顯血管， 未清楚是否動還是靜脈，我很怕會是精索靜脈曲， 我右邊曾因隱睪症完成了一次手術所以我怕會有問題再次發生。

The condition described could be dilated veins of the spermatic cord. A combination of clinical and ultrasound examination of the scrotum is needed to clinch the diagnosis. Dilated veins of the spermatic cord is not a serious urological condition which is treatable surgically albeit with an established probability of recurrence. Consulting the relevant specialist is the best way out to make the diagnosis and allay unnecessary fears.
The penile condition may arise from inappropriate topical application which must be stopped immediately. Consult the relevant specialist at soon as possible.
