現接近尿道那邊有肉塊
最近發現接近尿道那邊有肉塊, 體積頗大,突出陰唇外,懷疑患了尿道肉阜urethral caruncle, 請問如何醫治,看泌尿外科, 還是婦科呢?

While small, asymptomatic, non-progressive lesion with typical appearance can be treated conservatively, those beyond the above category should be removed as some of them may be malignant. Lesions of the urethra are within the field of a urologist.
