小腸氣
有小腸氣是否一定要做手術，用手可以控回，只是站立及行路凸起，坐及睡沒凸起。唔做手術会唔会死？

if hernia is over groin region, the usual advice is for surgery
some patient with very high surgical risk, nonoperative treatment may be offered by surgeon.
But need surgical consultation anyway.
