關於amisulpride
醫生你好。我患有強迫症及焦慮症。本人曾服用aripiprazole，risperidone，quetiapine和olanzapine，但效果不佳。最近醫生加了amisulpride 100mg，但我在網上找到以下資料：
"Although standard doses used to treat psychosis inhibit dopaminergic neurotransmission, low doses preferentially block inhibitory presynaptic autoreceptors. This results in a facilitation of dopamine activity, and for this reason, low-dose amisulpride has also been used to treat dysthymia."
本人現正服用low-dose amisulpride。請問"facilitation of dopamine activity"會否令我的焦慮症（和強迫症）惡化？謝謝！

100 mg Amisulpride 可以算 low dose, 所以有增強多巴胺神経傳遞素在大腦的活動
也會用於嚴重的強迫症患者
