喝白酒前如何護肝？

我明白不喝酒對肝最有利，但一年前都有三至四次要應酬，喝白酒20杯左右，聽坊間有解酒丸可以護肝，但又半信半疑。每次喝完白酒後都會軟便幾天，胃有少許不適，５天左右又回覆正常。請問喝白酒前如何可以做可以護胃和護肝？謝謝醫生指引
