尿後尿道灼熱感

病患者男 - 歲

醫生你好，早前驗精証實有citrobacter koseri及streptococcus agalactiae兩種細菌,服用了levoxa 500mg 一個月後再驗報告說已沒有細菌，但本人仍有尿後尿道灼熱感。請問需再驗嗎及服藥嗎？謝謝
