手腕痛愈見嚴重

病患者男 - 44歲

因經常打字和用手機打機，3個月前開始右手腕痛，曾經針灸及衝擊波治療，但情況不但未改善，治療後一周反而一轉動手腕或用力便痛。請問是否不適合以上兩種治療，應如何是好？冷熱包是否有用？應該睇骨科或找物理治療？
