ESBL E COLI

病患者男 - 30歲

最近前列腺痛/痕，去睇e生，驗左性病（全N),點知係精液到驗到ESBL E. coli 。口服抗生素基本上只有（Septrin) 係susceptible 另外仲有（Augmentin) 係 intermediate。e 生就開左co trimoxazole 480mg每日兩次兩粒，食左三個幾星期，無進展，仲有d惡化跡象，開始痛多左同膀胱都有陰陰痛。想問係咪姐係只有打針方式（invanz & Tienam)”S”？聽醫生話要日日打，咁咪好貴？有無其他方法？
