青光眼

病患者男 - 16歲

您好醫生，我是一位青光眼患者，已患有一年。
曾在醫管局接受多次青光眼手術，包括小梁切除術，活瓣導管手術
但由於年齡較輕，眼睛的組織康復能力快，所以令出水位容易阻塞，導致眼壓會上升，令手術失敗。
請問現時有什麼措施去治療現在的情況？
本人明白青光眼是無法徹底解決，但無數次的手術，確實令人感到困擾
希望醫生能夠為我解答，感激不盡。
