龜頭上有紅疹

医生你好！我12歲的兒子三日前發現他的龜頭出了些紅色的疹，繫带位置亦有少少紅疹，不痕不痛。一年前他做了割包皮和繫带延長手術，他由6個月大開始便有濕疹，面和手腳也長期有濕疹，亦有食物敏感。進入青春期後，濕疹嚴重了。雖然皮膚乾燥但大汗。

我現在應帶他看哪一專科？期間有沒有什麼要留意？他很反感帶他去看医生。
