I have been suffering from hemorrhoids for many years since after my childbirth in 1995, the weight of developing baby and pushing during labor make hemorrhoids common.  Because of the serious degree of hemorrhoids, I often bleed even I was urination. I talked to my family doctor in Canada, he advised me to relieve the symptoms with over-the-counter medications. The pain and blood from the hemorrhoids really interrupted my daily life and my family doctor suggested me to treat with Rubber Band Ligation which required multiple treatments and there is high recurrence rate following these procedures. The wounds created by the surgery are usually associated with considerable post-operative pain which necessitates a prolonged recovery period. This can put a stress on me and delays my return to a full, normal lifestyle.

My sister is a nurse in Hong Kong and she referred me to Dr. Tung when I was back to Hong Kong for vacation. Dr. Tung is an awesome doctor with strong work ethic. He is very knowledgeable and precise in his field. He cares his patient with big heart, a very good looking and charming guy. Since my visit in Hong Kong is short, Dr. Tung and his team arranged me for the surgery in no time, thanks Dr. Tung’s professionalism; I got a speedy recovery with no pain. I was discharged from the hospital on the second day after the surgery. I appreciate how Dr. Tung makes a big impact on my life, I highly recommend him.
