We had seen a couple of other doctors who prescribed medication for my son's condition in the past but I was too worried to start as the previous doctors never explained the contraindications, side effects, and the treatment plan to me at all.
When we saw Dr. Chan, it was a surprisingly different experience. she was very patient and caring. She listened to my concerns and even showed me graphs and read/explained through all the side effects with me. Also she showed me very clearly what the treatment plan would be and that was very reassuring to an anxious parent like me.
