1. No professional advice - she did not explain clearly to patient what was the condition and the possible root causes. Nor how to avoid / prevent the condition moving forward. She only gave a generic comment that most people have this condition, which makes me question why her consulting fee is worth $800.

Given her professional knowledge, she did not explain the symptoms and did not explain / offer medicines that will help ease the symptoms. As the symptoms broke out the next day, the patient has to call and ask about the symptoms, and then get additional prescription.

2. Unreasonable price - the medicines prescribed were readily available at pharmacies and the prices charged by Dr. Wong was at least 1 times more.

Overall: Lack medical ethic and professional conduct.
