Due to need for surgery referred by other doctor, it was the first time I met Doctor Yan. In the first meeting, Doctor Yan has explained clearly his views and recommendations on what kind of surgery I can consider with different possible cost options. Also, I have brought with my other lab test reports in which he was willing to look into that and took copy for reference. We talked for quite some times as I had many questions but due to many patients outside, he reminded that I could call his mobile if any issues. I did call and whatsapp and to be surprised, he really gave fast responses. It was totally out of my expectation on professional doctors will do in the market. He did visit his patients normally twice per days in hospital and really hardworking.

So my overall comment on Doctor Yan is great doctor with professional knowledge and my surgery is of great success and in the progress of recovery. Also he is providing unbelievable quick responses to his patients when they needed.

I agreed that the different experiences may due to different communications and chemical reactions of a doctor with patient. For me, I put my trust on Doctor Yan and I have referred some friends due to the trust and experiences I have. THANKS Doctor YAN!
