my mum was suffered from backpain starting from 2nd quarter this year. She visited Dr Kwok several times, however, every time, Dr Kwok only prescribed some painkiller to her and reverted that the pain might caused by tireness. Until my mum really couldnt stand the pain, Dr Kwok suggested to inject some painkiller to her to release the pain for several hours and reverted that the pain might cause by many reasons, and tireness is one of them. After that, I accompanied my mum to visit Dr Kwok and request a body check, by then, Dr Kwok also prescribed some medicines to my mum. When taking the medicine, i asked the nurse what is the function of each medicine and requested her to write down on each bag. When i got home, I checked each medicine online, however it was totally not the same as what the nurse mentioned. I went back to the clinic and looked for reasons, Dr Kwok reverted that as many patient did not obey and follow his instruction, so, he not prefer to reveal the function of each medicine as he said he worried the patient will choose the medicine to take. I think it is totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional. We have the right to know what we eat, esp it is medicine. My mum is not a pet.
After diagnosed by other doctor, my mum was confirmed to suffer from lung cancer stage 4.
I highly not recommend Dr kwok.
I hope for those patients who might have serious health problem can find out the root cause of their illness ASAP. Time is precious.
