私家醫生莊小濤涉嫌於前年(2019年)處方致敏藥物予病人，導致病人血管性水腫入院，被控專業失德。醫委會今日(10日)召開聆訊，裁定莊專業失德罪成，判處從普通科醫生名單上除名1個月，緩刑1年，並須修讀處方藥物安全課程。
