路向四肢傷殘人士協會是由一羣四肢傷殘人士組成，於1991年成立的非牟利團體。 宗旨及目標 協會致力為嚴重肢體傷殘人士爭取應有的權利、資源及機會。
目標為：
- 主要為四肢傷殘人士服務
- 發揮會員互助精神
- 協助四肢傷殘人士發展潛能
- 爭取四肢傷殘人士的權利及社會地位
