下體生粒

病患者女 - 20歲

近呢一個月發現下體(大約底褲邊)生左粒暗瘡，自己整走左啲膿，但又有粒摸落去係平嘅，但用力‘鏈’落去就有粒硬野？請問我需要點做先可以消除左佢？另外大約幾年前發現陰部外唇邊好似甩左條邊出黎，一直有細條既野係到，佢既頭部都開始黑色，但如果用力扯會痛，請問我應該點樣解決？自己剪咗佢嘅話得唔得。謝謝
