頭暈

汪醫生你好!我上上個星期日在做健身運動期間突然天旋地轉地頭暈，持續了數秒時間，當天旋地轉結束後，這兩個星期有暈船浪的感覺，不知道是否跟頸椎有關?

我上星期已到醫院抽血，沒有問題，也曾經懷疑是否耳石症，但症狀好像不符合，再回想起來，是由我做健身運動開始的，但其實只是用6KG鍛鍊，不知道會否影響，希望醫生能抽空回答會否有這個可能性，謝謝。
