腸胃內窺鏡

多謝醫生幫忙。

根據上次回覆腸胃內窥鏡由腸胃肝臟專料或外科專科都適合，但如果腸胃內有大問題，如有好大的瘜肉或較複雜嘅問題是否由外科專科做比較直接？
外科可以一次過割晒所有有問題及較複雜嘅組織？
不用發現有大問题時再找外科專科再做一次，可以一次過處理埋，對嗎？
