胰臟

病患者男 - 78歲

1月前入院，發現膽管變粗，以為結石，但是並沒有發現結石，有黃疸和肝指數偏高，現在已經下降，照咗電腦掃描發現胰臟和十二指腸位置有水囊，請問是良性或惡性，如果是良性是否會有這樣病徵？
