被咬

昨天我的女兒於上幼兒課時，手指被其他同學咬了一口流血，其後看醫生只給了點藥膏搽。現在很擔心當時咬人的同學是位愛滋病人而且口腔有出血。請問以上情況有否感染風險?應否作檢查?
