梨狀肌症候群？

病患者女 - 41歲

我是⼀名售貨員，兩年前曾經試過腰背痛，照過磁⼒共振，話我有椎間盤突出，但不⽤做⼿術。最近我左邊腳抽住抽住痛，好似針拮咁，但無印象扭傷過條腰。我上網找病因，覺得是梨狀肌症候群，多過是坐⾻神經痛。其實這兩個病有什麼分別?
