冠狀溝疙瘩

病患者男 - 29

5月1號洗澡時發現，龜頭和包皮的連接位，龜頭尾部，左右兩邊有很多小粒粒，呈紅色，聚成一條線，左右對稱，好像有粒粒增多現象，不痛不癢。
請問是什麼情況？我應該看泌尿科還是皮膚科？
