一星期前開始半夜咳血痰

醫生你好：
本人過往有少量吸煙習慣但於早前已介除。於過去星期一晚首次於半夜約1點出現咳血痰之症狀，其後於昨天及今天半夜再次出現同樣症狀，但未有伴隨其它不適，請問各位醫生這是支氣管擴張嗎？應看什麼專科？
