上腹脹

病患者男 - 26歲

醫生你好，早大約幾星期前我已經感覺到腸胃不適，便意有增加現象，去廁所次數增加，有如腸躁症，大便顏色啡色呈長條形，有少量微細黑色粒子。而最常近上腹近胃部經常輕微隱隱不適，暫時沒其他嚴重問題，想請問這是胃炎還是有其他可能更嚴重問題如癌症先兆？謝謝
