手足口病

我的囡囡2歲1個月大，2天前感染了手足口病，請問有沒有方法舒緩痕癢？我地已經睇左醫生，醫生處方了防過慮性病毒的藥物，一般來說，吃藥之後疱疹會在一、兩天減少嗎？還是會再病發後一星期才會減少？
