大便有血

病患者女 - 48歲

本人大約一個月前左右,1次大便有少少血鮮紅色,平時一星期大約3-4次大便,大便硬,有時會一粒粒,有時會一條條,去時好用力,便血後去多左大便,一星期有5-6次,多左放屁,平時多菜少肉,是否腸可能有事？需要照大腸鏡嗎,我本身有子宮肌瘤,可以照大腸鏡嗎？
