大便時尿道出精液

病患者男 - 42歲

最近間中試過大便很用力時，尿道有稀精液漏出。我沒有不安全性行為，這是發炎嗎？這情況不是經常發生，通常是在沒有性行為後一星期左右（即沒射過後），同時在大便很用力時發生。
