肋骨受傷

數年前第6節肋骨胸前的軟骨受傷，致增生變硬隆起，現該位置常有“拿“住感覺，觸碰及俯仰時亦會痛，請問可否動手術磨平？應該找骨科或胸肺科？謝謝。
