子宮肌瘤7.4cm

病患者女 - 54歲

醫生你好，本人因經通及經血多関係，己服食避孕藥7年 調節荷爾蒙, 半年前停葯希望自然停經， 但今年4月尾經期時突然血崩，發現子宮肌瘤有7.4cm, 請問立如何處理，應作手術切除子宮？
