腰痛 及左大腿邊中間位置麻庳

病患者女 - 49歲

因左大腿外側一部份有麻庳感覺 右邊感覺正常 及間中有腰痛 （因有扁平足及拇指外翻）不知是否有影響
照了X-Ray
Report : Mind thoracolumbar scoliosis convening to the left.
Mind degenerative changes with marginal osteophytes.
Minimal narrowing of L5/S1 intervertebral disc space.
應該怎樣處理？
