左手臂後上側腫痛

病患者男 - 65歲

兩個月前開始左上臂痛，近日發現左上臂後側近肩膀位置腫脹，比右上臂粗近兩吋，痛點則持續在左上臂，而不是腫脹位置。已照X-ray, 但醫生只講說為肌肉痛及不是脂肪瘤。看跌打，跌打師傅稱應該是肌肉深層組織有疑常。問會否是血腫？肌腱撕裂？滑液囊炎？照MRI會否幫助診斷？之前或有可能扯傷左臂。
