腸胃問題

病患者男 - 18歲

在上星期懷疑因吃太多三文魚壽司而開始有腹痛, 過了幾天有一次血便之後就沒有, 也是正常的大便, 因此決定去診所 ,醫生開了兩種藥給我,

1.Hyoscine methobromide tablet 1mg
2. Paracetamol Tablet 500mg

現在吃了7-8成藥感覺腹痛有所舒緩但上腹大概是胃的位置有痛有時候吃飽會痛所以有擔心是否胃潰瘍或大腸癌
