智慧齒手術後

醫生你好，我2星期前進行了智慧齒手術，將左下頷顎完全未生出的智慧齒拔除，縫了3針，依家過咗2星期，左邊下頷顎骨位摸落去比較腫同硬，同時仍有不適感同少許拉扯感覺，感覺好似有一層薄薄的棉花攝住左邊下頷顎牙肉位，但不會覺得痛，這感覺是正式手術後的感覺嗎？大概要幾耐先完全復原？
