心跳快

本人男39歲

自小好易緊張，小時候去過醫院檢查，醫生話無問題只係跳得快，心跳一直都是80-90左右但有時突然會有100(例如坐得耐。就這樣維持了好多年。
期間其實都會有時感覺到心跳，成日好似想深呼吸或打喊露，如果吸得深及盡會舒服，反之，吸唔到盡啖氣心跳會開始加速，請問這會唔會係心的問題？但自覺覺得如果專注工作又會忘記了需要深呼吸或打喊露。
