皮膚小白點

病患者女 - 52歲

皮膚無故長了一些小白色的點，細粒，摸下去有些凸起，面上近下巴位置也有，形狀圓形，有一粒呈塊狀，邊緣位置有少少不規則，不痛不癢。

1.请問是什麼？成因是什麼？可以預防嗎？要處理嗎？
2.是否因日曬？
