鼻塞無鼻水

病患者女 - 34歲

最近幾個月發現呼吸不𣈱順，有兩邊鼻都鼻塞的感覺
之前一直有鼻敏感，早上會打乞嗤，但疫症之後戴口罩就沒有這個情況出現。轉天氣特別嚴重
現時也無再出現，鼻水也少，偶然發現鼻孔會有有鼻屎
用電筒照入去鼻孔發現兩邊有粒野紅脹大，是否有關係？
因前幾個月家中裝修後回去住會否有影響呼吸系統？
