足底痛

病患者女 - 39歲

我今年1月中開始兩衹脚脚踭痛，到左5月頭其間巳發展到足弓位整衹脚板底痛同熱，如站立20分鍾以上脚底受壓好酸痛，行路會好小小但都系痛，其間有睇賽馬會話照左脚同腰的X光話冇骨刺，話我系足底筋膜炎開了消炎止痛藥吃完都系痛，做左4次聚焦式衝擊波都冇乜效果，請問可以打高濃度葡萄糖水或自血增生療法嗎？效果好吾好呢？
